The first person at reception was very rude when I said about early check in he just said “did you not read?” But do then allow us to check in early when I suggested just dropping our bags off - the rest were friendly though. Everything was great but our room’s a/c didn’t seem to cool the room and if we opened the sliding door the room was too noisy. Location, staff, gym, breakfast was all great.
