We requested an early check-in ,we arrived at 10:30 and was told the room would be ready in one hour so we sat on the deck upstairs. We went down an hour later and we were told that it would be ready in another hour so back upstairs and waiting again when we went down an hour later we were told that we it was still not ready and I asked to see the manager after waiting nearly 3 hours for a room when I spoke to the manager I pointed out we’re only there for the weekend and had we been told that the room would be ready 3 hours later we would’ve gone out and explored when I asked the manager I think the least you could do is compensate us dinner that night he said that’s not gonna happen and walked away,not very professional Day 2 we had a wonderful breakfast on our balcony and went out for the day only to return at 5:30 to find our breakfast things and room still unmade. Breakfast the next morning on our balcony we had missing items from our breakfast and had to run around to get butter and jam. Day 3 breakfast on the balcony again to find there was no milk or spoons for the cereal I went to reception to ask for milk and spoons. It didn’t arrive and then went to the seventh floor to asked for milk and spoons and they sent down a hot jug of milk after 15 minutes. Overall, the yacht is very good and our room 429 is a great room to have your breakfast in overlooking the harbour. The only problem with this Hotel is that I don’t think they have enough staff to cope.

My disappointment regarding the service I experienced during my recent stay this hotel. As a five-star establishment, I had expected a much higher standard of hospitality and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations: Upon arrival, while my taxi driver was unloading my luggage, a bellboy walked past without offering assistance or even acknowledging me. I had to carry my own bag up the ramp into the lobby. When I entered the lobby, it was empty of guests, yet several front desk staff were engaged in conversation among themselves. Despite this, there was no greeting or acknowledgment of my arrival. Throughout my stay, I consistently experienced a lack of basic courtesy. Each time I passed through the lobby, front desk staff did not greet or acknowledge me, instead continuing their personal conversations. These interactions gave the impression of inattentive and unprofessional service, which is not in line with the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. What I found most disappointing about my stay was not just the lack of service, but the clear sense of being judged and treated differently. After spending a month trekking across Morocco, I arrived with practical travel gear rather than polished luggage. Unfortunately, it seemed that this alone influenced how I was treated. I was met with indifference from staff who appeared far more engaged and welcome toward other guests. Hospitality should never be conditional on appearance or race.

This place is just beyond expectations. It has exceptional standards for facilities, room decor, staff service, breathtaking views. I have now visited twice and will sure be coming back again and again. Plenty of options for dining nearby too. Amazing !!

Comfortable accommadation in great location for everything in the town centre and the rock. Easy walk from the airport and border crossing. Near many good restaurants and bars in the Ocean village. Breakfast was very good, everything you could want. Staff attentive and helpful throughout. Enjoyed the food at the Gastro restaurant on the third floor.

First of all we have received an upgrade and the views are spectacular. The staff was amazing, responsive and kind. The location of the yatch hotel was pretty good as well. The room was well maintained mostly but some parts of the room didn’t feel clean.

Just done 5 days at the beginning of March at this hotel. Overall a good experience but this hotel does have issues. First off there is no way this is a 5 star hotel, 4 at best (though they do charge 5 star prices!!) The room was clean and spacious overlooking the marina. The hotel inside was also very nice and very clean (the outside however was quite shabby and in need of work with flaky varnish, rusty handrails and a general lack of maintenance. We had breakfast which was buffet style (should be served if 5 star) tasty and plentiful however they serve mikl for breakfast cerial
