「We had to visit Chico for a long stay, & the cleanliness and customer service was exceptional. Tilly the GM was very kind, and the front desk lady (samantha, I think?) was very welcoming. Breakfast was great w/ many options! The rooms smelled so clean almost like brand new furniture, w/ great features in the room. My son loved being able to stream videos on the TV and the kids loved the pool. Will definitely be back!」

「Only issue while we were there was that we asked for towels and they said they didn’t have any.. then called and said they had two and we went to get them .. fine but after my shower there was hair all over the towels and I marked unsafe because the crack heads at the motel 6 near by 」
