「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. 「Vijay was amazing with helping my book travel around the city and booking an amazing daytrip for me. He made my birthday trip just that much better. The rest of the staff was great. The wonderful woman taking care of my floor just knew I needed extra water without asking. I would definitely book with them again and again. I walked to Anne Park for a lovely time at a fresh market. 」

「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」

「We found the stay incredibly convenient to all the Dublin attractions. The facility was excellent and the staff even better. We had a car and parking is usually difficult in Dublin. They had unlimited in/out for 25 Euro/day which worked excellent. We’d like to give specific accolades to Kenneth, the porter who was especially helpful with bags, the vehicle, and arranging tours. Highly recommended!」

「The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying.
