"Old fashioned hotel which retains its charm. Check in was done online and no issues. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. Breakfast is good, only downside was a queue for breakfast on our second morning there. 15 minute walk to Blackpool Tower. Does have entertainment, but we only use it as a base.Stayed here about 5 times and would recommend."

"Loved our stay here. Warm welcome. Spotlessly clean accommodation. Everything you could wish for in the room, lots of storage, mirrors, lighting, towels, toiletries, tea coffee and biscuits, a fan and hairdryer. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice, good quality and very friendly, efficient staff. Great location for the Blackpool attractions. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you for the hospitality."

"The friendly service shone for me. Staff worked well fabulous team work. Good location for tram stops. A good system for reserved parking. Entertainment each night. Table tennis . Pool table for families. Food / well catered for a good variety of traditional meals which I like. Tv lounge also had a quiet section .Built in conservatory style grand view of the sea/promenade. Playing cards / reading etc. Made to feel really wellcome I would definitely stay there again. Again well done to the staff a fantastic team . Level of hospitality. Highly recommended."
