「Second time we have stayed here. It’s a little homely place to stay very close to the promenade and the pleasure beach. The owners are a polite and welcoming Kenyan family who will happily chat with you and provide you with anything you need. You will feel at home and leave feeling happy and relaxed. The food is excellent we had a lovely breakfast and some great rum cocktails they I would recommend! Room clean and comfortable no issues at all we all slept well here 😊」

「The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue.
