「Yes, you can tell when you drive up to it that it is very well kept. The room is very clean and the bathroom pristine. Bed and bedding clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. 」

「This hotel seems like it is newer, so everything was very clean & tidy. The welcome desk staff were friendly. It was nice to have a continental breakfast included, as well. The only issue we ran into was that our bed was not re-made/towels were not replaced when we returned at the end of the day. Not sure if ours got missed by accident, and not a huge deal, but we were a little surprised by this. 」

「Zelda Dearest is located close to restaurants, music venues, movie theater, Art Museum, lots of cute little shops. When I say close, I mean 10 minute walk or less. We parked at our arrival and didn't use the car for two days. We stayed in the Verbena Room, and it was very comfortable for two people. 「We chose this hotel because of proximity to Biltmore, and it was a great choice. We walked to a nearby restaurant, passing several open shops on the way. Our room was spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast area is open and airy, and food options are extensive. Just be aware at the time of this trip, February 2026, the immediate area has not recovered from a hurricane, and evidence of destruction is all around. It did not impede us in any way, and we would definitely stay at this property...
