「Fabulous Hampton Inn located so well within walking distance of charming and booming Black Mountain with restaurants and shops and artisan galleries. Easy drive to Asheville as well and the room rate was 40% less than properties just minutes away. Quiet with great service and friendly staff at the check in desk as well as the breakfast area. It is worthy of the 10 out of 10 rating it has received...」

「sadly we did not enjoy our stay and we are old house lovers - the location was great being close to town and the WIFI was excellent but the room was not what we would have expected for the price - small with tub in the middle, toilet so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on, shower that went from frigid to burning hot off & on, no soap, 1/2 bottle of shampoo, the room was too hot and stuffy even with both windows open, bed was called queen but felt more like a double, bedding had cigaret」

「除了早餐实在过于简单，连微波炉和烤面包机都没有，其他还行。」

「Recently remodeled motel is conveniently located in Black Mountain and is a great value. The room, bathroom, and linens were very clean. Staff was very friendly.」

「This is an older hotel, nothing fancy as with most of this brand, but it was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints.」

「Wonderful visit, location centrally located, very clean, well maintained, with great staff and very good breakfast as well」

「Horrible staff they lied when I checked in the room I reserved was not available. They checked me into an incorrect room. I had to walk back to the front desk and let them know they had done it and all they said to me as we have nothing else available.」

「Mold in shower, no soap in dispensers. Disgusting.」

「Need gluten free bread or pastries」

「It was ok but the refrigerator was continuously running (not the sound you want to hear all night) and maintenence looked at it twice and on the third time we had the unplug it. Also the blow dryer did not work and had to be replaced.」

「Nice quiet location..... comfy beds and super clean rooms.」

「Clean room and good breakfast」
