My husband and I ended our 10 day tour of Italy here, with a 2 night stay. It was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind before our long trip back to the United States. Our room was perfect; the bed comfortable and shower beautifully upgraded. We enjoyed a couples massage and wine tasting during our stay. The restaurant is nothing short of amazing! Every dish is expertly prepared and beyond delicious. Every staff member was welcoming and accommodating. Our Sommelier, Lorenzo, was very kind...

Overall very satisfied with our room, included breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Pro's: 1. Hotel is located very close to the Duomo cathedral (1 minute walk) and in the middle of Florence. 2. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. ALL questions answered including questions about Florence locations, tours, schedule of taxi, train and recommendations for local restaurants. Also arranged for pick up from the airport (for a fee). 3. Our room had a king size bed, desk,...

We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted the Tuscany area without being in a big city. It was beautiful and we drove to some nearby villages that had the beautiful countryside rolling hills with cypress trees that are known in the Tuscany area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef that prepared our private dinner was so nice and the meal was wonderful. She also prepared the breakfast meals. The hotub was nice but wasn't hot just warm. The pool was nice and heated and we stayed in...

Great location and room really nice!! Would stay here again

The best deal in Florence. Down feather pillows and a smart TV which was a nice touch during our down time. Adorable and quiet courtyard and only 5 minutes walk to the best of Santo Spirito. Will definitely be staying here again!

Close to train station, very walkable. Hotel has been recently remodeled and met our needs.

My wife and I had never been to Florence so we did not know what to expect. We were blown away. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the sauna every morning before sightseeing. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Florence. Great staff an great breakfast. Sebastion was exceptional at making us feel welcome upon check-in.

It’s rare for a hotel to leave a lasting impression on me, but I cannot stop raving about this gem since we left Florence. Alberto, Diana, Leonardo, and the whole staff were exceptionally wonderful! The best word to describe Soprarno is charming – the hotel, the staff, the vintage décor, the neighborhood, EVERYTHING. My husband and I were in Florence for our honeymoon and to attend our friends’ wedding. On the day of the wedding, one of the stones in my earring came off, and Alberto rose to the...

This flat is a soothing setting close to great restaurants! Try Gastropub family-owned ristorante!

We arrived and were treated wonderfully. Our room was brand new both nights (we added on a night so had to transfer, which they did for us). Both rooms were awesome accommodations for families traveling and the bathroom facilities were just spectacular. Staff was excellent and breakfast was worth the price. The location was perfect within walking distance of absolutely everything! The only thing travelers should be aware of is that this is the heart of Florence and getting anyway is not...

I had a wonderful stay at this property, it is in one of the more popular squares in the city and less than a 15min walk to the major museums. The staff was very friendly and the room was large, clean, and well appointed. And that bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I slept in my entire trip to Italy. If there are any negatives, I would say that if you are trying to nap in the afternoon, (since the location was so perfect for a first timer I was avoiding the heat by exploring in...

Amazing room, beautifully designed. Friendly staff!

This property listing was a bit confusing. The photos are photos of different room options I guess. We weren’t really sure what we had booked. But we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Room was very nice, very roomy, and had a great view of the river. Location was perfect to access everything by foot. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic hotel. Really nice beds And bathrooms. Everything is new and very clean. Great staff too! Highly recommended.

The hotel is a really nice, quiet, boutique hotel. It is easily walkable to everything around Florence’s city center, as well as the main train station. Samuela, who checked us in at the hotel, was really helpful with suggestions in the area including local shops and restaurants. The room was large, with a modern luxury bathroom, and extremely cold A/C. We will definitely book here again when we come back to Florence.

Location was ideal. Room was very nice. The garden was an added bonus. A little oasis that’s close to everything.

Stayed at Benci for 2 nights.Room was very cozy, clean, nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed.It is well located in the city center close to everything, from shopping areas, restaurants to main squares and attractions.Parking is difficult to find in the area and you will have to pay a range of 20 to 35 euros per day.Sofia the owner has a contract with a local guy who comes and pick your car up upon request and brings it back when asked. That was very convenient for us although a bit...
