「The staff is great. Rooms are a bargain. 」

「Every thing was great , front end staff very nice. Only problem was the cleaning staff the morning we departed out of room 213. She was at the door and we was telling her the person that had the room prior to our stay left a women’s top. She wouldn’t listen only said, in English. I don’t speak English. Really??? Service staff should be required to know English . What if I was having a heart attack??? Could she help me then? She just walked away . 」

「Parking is not friendly. Pool is not heated. Just a fact, not a complaint. Hottub leaves a lot to be desired. Overall clean, breakfast is great - might suggest cooling that area, it was hot and muggy so we ate in our room. Room was awesome - i suggested they clean the jettub better, jets were fine just specks of stuff on the tub walls. House keeping came in and cleaned on the second day which we appreciated but we were under the impression we had to request it, so we hadnt cleaned up our...

「For the price this was a pretty and nice place. Lovely home and fun old furniture/decor. However, it seems like an ongoing project. Painting issues, nail holes in wall, drapes that don't quite fit, etc. The bed/pillows were great. The room was comfortable. Immediate response to questions (we lost our door code). Fantastic breakfast. Attentive staff. 」

「The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff was very attentive and professional. Just a little wear and tear on the curtains in our room (we couldn't raise them), but this was very minor when compared with the overall experience. We would definitely stay here again! 」
