The check-in was simple and they gave very good customer service. The room was very clean and they served a good breakfast. Good parking was hard to find because there were so many trucks pulling trailers taking up three and four parking spots. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m traveling to Hayes.

Above average place to stay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay here again. The breakfast was nothing unusual for hotel fare but it was good and I had no complaints whatsoever.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Staying on the top floor added to the quiet and a comfortable night’s sleep. Will definitely return on our next trip back from the Colorado mountains to St. Louis.

The room was in wonderful condition and nicely cleaned. I thought it was really nice that both queen beds were very comfortable, one being more firm and one being more cushy depending on preference. The staff were kind. The breakfast was delicious. The pool itself was clean, but the floor in the pool room was not and the room was very dimly lit which was a little strange. But nothing concerning, kids still had fun playing after a day of being in the car. Overall and very nice stay!

Fine for a Holday Inn Express. Pillows are great, beds are on the hard side, breakfast is normal/nothing over the top. Coffee is good.

Great place, always clean and well maintained. Front desk always helpful. Only gripe is breakfast stops at 9am sharp, too early. Woman working the breakfast area was stressed as well, in defense mode it seemed, probably because she gets yelled at by hungry guests for shutting it all down at 9am every day. Push breakfast to 10am, that'd be super.
