「Nice place to stay , close to restaurants」

「Staff was amazing. Rooms were quiet. I was there on business so they put me on third floor with other business travelers. Very intuitive staff.」

「Room was clean, little bit dated. We had a homeless person pounding on our door one evening asking for a ride and other things, and then someone pounding on our door at 1am. The front desk staff was never sitting up front, so this could have been avoided if someone was sitting at the front. Wouldn't stay here again. 」

「We liked the friendliness and helpfulness of staff- we arrived a few hours earlier and we were warmly welcomed; the room was ready and they checked us in. The place is clean, beds are comfortable and the staff make your stay pleasant and comfortable. In addition, it was “the waffle day” - extra surprise for breakfast and the selection of food is vast. Enjoyed the stay!」

「My only complaint would be the food or lack there of for breakfast. The lady that was working there was rude and could not keep up with getting food out for the buffet. Given it was a Sunday morning, one would think there would always be fresh hot food available.」

The pool was also unavailable because it was under renovation. Another thing we found inconvenient was that there was no water dispenser or water jug for guests, which is something you would normally expect at a hotel.
