My cousin and I stayed at this hotel because a friend of mine was getting married there. The hotel was nice but they don't do daily housekeeping. We had a lot of trash in our room that we kept putting in bags so it wouldn't be all over the place. We called several times and nobody came to get our trash until the third day that we were there. They also weren't refreshing our towels. I'm not sure if I would stay there again.

The room angels like cigarettes. The front desk lady stopped my card twice for 2 incidental holds. Had me sign someone else's registration card and i had to go back and sign the correct one.

Convenient but dated
The hotel is conveniently located next to the hospital however it is small, dated, and more expensive than others. Not to mention I was charged more than my hotels.com booking total. Not my first choice hotel.

The king bed in the executive suite was a rock, so we couldn't sleep. My husband tried to use the sofa bed, but there were no sheets or blankets for it. There were no wash rags either. The rooms are outdated. The staff were friendly but said they couldn't discount the room because I got the room through Expedia. Bad experience.

Guests around us were very noisy, I made a complaint about a fight breaking out in the hall and the room, nothing was done to our knowledge and the noise continued. When we used the concierge text communication in the morning to express our complaints, there was no response even though we responded to the message they didn't hesitate to send about reminding us what time checkout was. We went to the front desk to checkout and voiced our complaints about the noise at 3 am and before and after and they only gave us a ten dollar discount. After that I think we will stay at a different hotel and take Ubers downtown for dinner instead of staying at a very walkable hotel.

The rooms need to be updated badly. The bartender in the bar made the customers feel as if we inconvenienced her by ordering a drink; as multiple tables said the same. Took about 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower and our heater was loud and rattled every time it kicked in

Bismarck is quaint and relaxing
Hotel is very pleasant and offers Lounge menu for dinner . Breakfast menu is excellent. I originally booked one night but decided to stay extra day.

We were there for our Christmas party. The accommodations were good. Checking in was not so good. It was slow with people waiting. I checked later for some assistance and once again it was slow.
