The hotel was ok in general, however my room at the back of the hotel wasn’t well cleaned. It had an outside door, and dirty boots had left bits on the carpet. My room had no towels and no toilet paper. You’d almost think they’d forgotten to service it. The staff addressed the issues promptly when asked. The hotel served my purposes, but wasn’t great.

It was mostly clean. But for the price being paid, the care and hospitality provided was ungenerous. They wouldn't even give me the paper thin slippers without paying.

"The Gainsbourgh: a hotel in the best location in Bath, inside a gorgeous building reberbished with refine taste and the plus of a hot spring pool in the spa area.
