「Property was on 2nd floor with no elevator. Staff was unhelpful. Way way overpriced for what was provided. No AC and no elevator. Location was good.」

「The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking.
