「房間很整潔，特別是浴室，有家的感覺。房間空間很充足，可以同時打開兩個大行李箱，甚至四個，這一優點是旅游旺區的酒店望塵莫及的。很適合剛坐完長途飛機作短暫休息。如果早餐的橙汁是鮮搾的話就完美了。」

「My room is large and comfortable. I found some dust in the air conditioner. Thanks to the hotel for lending me a kettle to have hot drinking water.」

「Really friendly staff, hotel is clean and modern, AC unit in the Room helps with the immense heat in the summer. You can leave the room and press a button so the staff knows that they can go in and clean. Sometimes they would knock and ask if you need something, really forthcoming. Staff at the reception is really competent and friendly, our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they fixed it quickly and even brought our stuff to our room. Gym and pool are nice, Lobby is really luxurious...

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「I arrived at the hotel at ten in the morning and I was informed that the room wasn’t ready which was totally understandable. However, Danish, another staff, took the initiative to upgrade me to a larger available room seeing that I was so exhausted from my flight earlier. Not only that, he even gave me some incredible recommendations as to where I shall visit throughout my stay. Thank you again for making my trip amazing Danish! 」

「地點很好，我住的房間一開窗戶就是奧古斯塔街 （Arco da Rua Augusta）下午接近傍晚的時候都有一些表演，你可能開窗的時候就可以看得到，感覺蠻愜意，晚餐在地下1樓個人覺得還算還可以。不過單人旅遊晚上的時候要多注意一點，我在那邊附近晚上都遇到有人上來講一些話或搭訕，我是沒理他們就快步走開。」
