「A smart little hotel with a decent sized bar area that terraced on to the street a good selection of drinks and background music lead to an easy going atmosphere. We never ate at the property as food is only available Wednesday to Sunday the room was well fitted out a brilliant shower with a good supply of consumables supplied ,the bed was ok the springs feel a bit worn, we drove to the hotel and parked the car in the Park pub opposite the hotel there's an arrangement where you put your car reg...

「Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. 」

「It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.」

「Room was very clean, a few minor hiccups in the first room but the staff was very courteous and immediately accommodated me with a different room. The staff was very helpful with all concerns and questions about the area. Would highly recommend. 」

「We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was just amazing!! Loved the design, the colors and style and also loved that the LIVER building was right in view with the river Mersey right there. The breakfast was inclusive and was yummy and they even let me take a tray up to my family who were still in bed. just a perfect stay! ticked every box for us.10/10」
