「This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels aren’t this nice. 」
