「The hotel was under renovation, it was messy and unclean. They told us nothing about the renovation when we booked our room. It felt like a scam!」

「Service good」

「Ok」

「The staff was courteous and very helpful. They made sure that a 3:35 A.M. airport ride had been scheduled for me for the next morning. When I arrived, they asked if I had a floor preference. That made me very happy because I don’t like 1st floor.」

「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」

「提前网上预定的 到达时已经深夜 前台接待人员显得很不耐烦 房卡标注房间号错误 对非英语母语客人有点不友好」

「NA」

「The property was clean, quiet and pet friendly. Much better than what I had read on the reviews. The continental breakfast was simple, however exactly what we were looking for. Would stay again.」

「酒店簡潔, 空間夠大. 」
