「This hotel ended up charging me 3 times the total cost. I am in a credit card dispute because the property manager refused to work with me and dismiss the fraudulent charges. Originally, I was charged 4 times the total cost and only one fraudulent charge was returned. I went to the staff every morning that I was there and they assured me the charges would "fall off" because they were initially "pending." 「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」

「Our room was extremely clean and quiet. There was a fan but no air conditioning. We did not need it. There was no elevator which was a problem for us but, we made it. I would like to stay there again if I could be on first floor.」

「The rooms were clean but dark inside. Could have used brighter lamps or any overhead light in the main area of the room. The rooms seem a little worn and not that inviting. The price was appropriate for what was offered, and the view of the foothills was very nice. The room and surrounding areas were very quiet so it was easy to rest and sleep comfortably. The staff was nice but abrupt. I would stay there again. Thank you!」
