「The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay.」

「No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

「The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again.」

「What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided. 「We stayed at Hampden Apartments as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The only positive aspect of our stay was the location, which was excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, everything else fell well below expectations. Communication from the host was virtually non-existent. Despite the listing stating that check-in instructions would be sent by email, I received nothing after booking and none of my messages through Expedia or calls to the provided mobile number were answered....
