"Fantastic, beautiful, art-deco hotel in the heart of Reims. Easy walking distance from the train station. Restaurants and shopping on the door step, but extremely quiet inside. The air conditioning was a blessing in the heatwave! There is a beautiful bar and restaurant area. The 22 Euro breakfast had everything you would wish, including eggs and omlets made to order."

"The view from the room of the cathedral was stunning but the room was small. Valet staff were very helpful but check in was basic. We wanted to have a drink outside after dinner but there was a private party so no space was available."

"We enjoyed our stay here even though south of the city town center. It was still very convenient and close to everything. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. AC was not as cold as I like it to be, but sometimes it would kick on and it’d be really cold and nice. The staff is very friendly. They have a nice bar area and pool area. Even have a pool table and play area for the kids. I love most about this hotel was the fact that you can park your car for free and that was so convenient and so nice you didn’t have to valet your car or wait for your car. You just walk out and there your car was. It was so nice! . We will stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The property was beautiful and clean overall, but there were a few issues. Two of our five rooms were not ready by 4:00. The rooms were warm and the staff at the front desk were quite rude. The restaurant was very disappointing for dinner. The food is overpriced for what we got and many of our entrees that we ordered were wrong or cold, and when we told the server it was not handled properly at all. We had to speak with the manager and he also was non-responsive. Breakfast was good and the bar food and staff were also very good."
