比爾布魯克出租度假屋

「Perfect place to stay will definitely book again when visiting family」

「We booked this property for our family of 8, including young children and elderly parents, based on the listing, photos, and description, which clearly indicated that there would be enough beds for everyone. Unfortunately, on arrival we found that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The first-floor bedroom had only one bed, even though the listing photos showed two beds. The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one...

「The check in instructions were a little confusing. Also the apartment is not that great given the price and the area. You could get a better room at the premier hotel」

「房間淋浴熱水一時冷，一時熱。Housekeeping使用客人洗衣機洗酒店用品，客人佢洗衣服時只能等待Housekeeping把東西洗乾淨才輪到客人洗，非常浪費時間。」

「Very reasonable accommodation for the price, in a central location close to the train station. The property itself was in need of some modernisation and a deep clean in places but overall it was quiet and comfortable, with a basic kitchen and secure parking. Check-in instructions could have been clearer and ideally sent in advance of the check-in time.」

「大致都不錯，廚房有點小」

「Excellent option for a Birmingham stay. Lovely spacious apartments and top customer service. Thank you.」

「Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites .」
