The staff were nice and breakfast was good, but the room was tiny and really cramped for 2 people. There was only one pillow on the bed, and no sheets, just the duvet. The area around there is low income, so walking a short distance into town was worrisome, and only one restaurant was open on a Sunday, and it had 5 things on the menu. Very overpriced for what we got. I am staying in a much nicer hotel tonight near that hotel for half the price.

In general it's okay place to sleep, only but no outlets near bed, so if battery low and no long cable then not possible chill, charge while lay on bed

Lovely staff but the hotel is looking quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. The third/bunk bed is really only suitable for children. My 16 year old son said it was like sleeping in a coffin. Though clean, my own bed smelt a little and the sheets were ripped. I think many people have smoked in the room, despite the hotel’s no smoking policy.

Tuvimos necesidad de alojarnos lejos de Bilbao porque no había espacio en otros hoteles más cercanos. El hotel Ibis Budget Arrigorriaga es viejo y deteriorado. No volvería a hospedarme ahí. La atención de Íker en recepción fue genial. Es muy amable y atento, nada qué objetar de su trabajo. Pero el hotel está fatal.

Hotel is goed personeel vriendelijk alleen de omgeving zou wat meer schoongemaakt kunnen worden. Gebouwen slopen die al grotendeels gesloopt zijn. Ik weet dat het hotel daar niet veel in te zeggen heeft maar is voor een vrouw alleen erg onvriendelijk om daar 's avonds te lopen.

Agradable

Teníamos habitación doble (con dos camas), era muy pequeña, el lavabo tenía la ducha como prefabricada en la habitación y el lavabo a la vista tal y como se ve en las fotos. Todo estaba muy limpio y el desayuno era muy completo y bueno. El único inconveniente es el tamaño de la habitación.

Belle étape

Qualité standard des Ibis budget toujours à son bon niveau d'accueil, de propreté et de confort. L'hôtel permet de rayonner sur Bilbao et sa région grâce à un accès routier très facile. Des commerces se trouvent à 10 minutes à pied dans le village voisin. L'accueil m'a même été fait en français.

Hotel com cheiro forte nos corredores, seja de sujeira, cigarro, e algum produto de limpeza barato. Precisa trocar os carpetes urgentemente. Pia com cheiro forte , precisa tampar sempre e os outros orifícios fechar com papel. Sugiro deixar um travesseiro sempre a mais para não precisar pedir na recepção

No volvería…

No esperábamos encontrar un 5 estrellas por ese precio pero nos chocó la austeridad de las instalaciones y que la ducha estuviera en la habitación conjunto con una pica enana y el retrete en un cuarto aparte cuál sala de penitencia. La limpieza no fue correcta para nuestra opinión sin embargo el personal sí, agradable y servicial en todo momento.
