Hello David, I have heard of you calling my manager names because she would not allow your dog in a cabin. My manager was just following the rules of the park that pertain to all guests and that are posted on our rules online. If you had a service dog you are very welcome to have your animal stay here. You must present proper paperwork and I believe you know that very well. I also believe you owe my manager an apology as we don't appreciate name calling at our facility. Sincerely, Curtis

We booked on hotels.com and chose the option of pet friendly. This place didn’t allow pets even though the website said they did. We couldn’t stay here since we have a dog.

Hello there I am so sorry you thought you read we accept dogs in our cabins. If you are staying in your own RV we are absolutely very pet friendly. We have had many people in the very long past that have been allergic to animals. For that reason we have upheld not to house animals other than in the RV Park. Great place at a great price
Unassuming exterior with a log cabin feel inside. Make sure to call ahead if checking in late — they will process your payment over the phone and text you the unlock code for your room.

Hopeless & disappointing
This was listed as a pet friendly accommodation but when I arrived they said absolutely no possibility of allowing us to stay with our puppy. Not even if we kept our puppy in the car Over night where she would be warm and comfortable.

The cabins are cute and the beds were really comfortable. However, there was trash behind the beds and in the bathroom. There was some sort of body excretion on the shower curtain (poop or blood, I don't know, it was small but noticable) and the dust was super thick by the door. There were also stains on the sheets. I know that the sheets were cleaned, but they are an orangy/yellow and therefore you won't be able to bleach them. If there was more care taken in the cleaning process, I would have loved staying here.

Hello there. First off the sheets color are Orange / Yellow. That is not dirty sheets? I am sorry you had some trash behind the bed and the shower having blood or poop on it???? One is red and one is brown. Trying to go with you on this but really having a hard time.

Nice but loud.
Cabin/room was clean. Fun environment. Only downside is the location is right off the freeway. Very loud and the sound of passing cars all night.

Great Stay
The cabin was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Extra showers and bathrooms over in the office very clean along with the laundry room. The pool tables were a nice touch and enjoyable. Going to stay again

Best Cabins
The office manager is always so nice, and offers great advice for things to do. The playplace is really fun and nicely shaded. The cabins are alwags clean and comfy.
