"We had a wonderful stay in Montana, and the staff truly went above and beyond for us. We unexpectedly needed to extend our stay by an extra night, and the team was incredibly accommodating and made the process easy and stress-free. We were also traveling with an EV and ran into an issue with charging, and the staff immediately stepped in to help us find a workable solution. What stood out most was how responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful everyone was. Instead of making either situation feel like a problem, they simply worked to find a solution and made sure we were taken care of. That level of service makes such a difference when you’re traveling. We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again."
