Big Santa Anita Canyon Tours

The property was decent but the service was less than desirable. No Bellman available because there’s only one. He had a scowl on his face, and frankly it was better to haul our own bags. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant was ok, but our Waiter was not friendly or helpful. Kept telling us the kitchen was closing and pushing us to order when in fact they were still seating people. The hotel is convenient to Fisherman’s Wharf and the park & Presidio. Parking is a real challenge and Valet was alone so it took some time.all and all it was ok for a short stay.

Valet parking cost was high and no self parking available. Breakfast choices limited. Rooms too far apart. Hallways were dark and scary.
