"We found the hotel to be extremely nice. Everything in working order. The rooms were well appointed and luxurious. The amenities were also very nice. The cafe made an excellent latte and the bar served a great Lemondrop Martini. We especially enjoyed the Shrimp Mushroom Flatbread at the Rooftop bar. Staff was knowlegible about the area, the valet parking team were quick and efficient even with our multiple tripsveach day. Thank you for a great stay."

"Absolute best place to stay, especially if you're going on one of the cruise ships located at the adjoining piers. Excellent location in the historic area of Galveston with everything you need within walking distance or trolley service. Hotel was very clean with amazing staff; especially Dee who is one of the nicest, friendliest and most accommodating hotel staff associates I've ever had the pleasure to deal with."
