I got a room last week here and it wasn’t bad I got another room this week and I was dirty beds wasn’t made, dirty towels still in the room, it looked like some one was still staying in the room they gave me

There is no wifi. Had to spend extra on my hotspot. They lied and said they'd call someone out to fix it. Never happend. This is a extended stay place. Do not stay here. The stray cats trying to run in your room will drive you nuts. Pro is you won't be bothered by neighbors because there isn't any.

The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure but also had dead flies in the floor. The recliner was old and broken. The other chair was extremely dirty. The window had no curtain or blinds. The dining chairs were old and wore out. The floors had hair balls in several places. And the stray cats were super annoying.

I get into the room and notice light coming through the bathroom wall. At first I thought maybe I'm seeing light from the neighbors bathroom. I walked around the skid and noticed the back side of that wall is open to the outside. Tried using towels to block it. Then noticed spiders around the room. Not a fan. Then when I went to sleep, I was woken up to pounding on my door and people turning the knob and looking in the windows trying to get in. I walked to the door and opened it. Keep in mind I'm a big 6 foot 5 in guy. I rip the door open to see 6 Mexican men standing outside my door. I said to them, what do you want? In broken English they said sorry and walked away. I closed the door. Then I woke up and went to the bathroom. Came back to the bed to see a roach by the pillow. Went to the bathroom to get a washcloth then came back. It was nowhere to be found. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the worst one. I don not recommend

Neat place.
I really enjoyed the stay here. Beds were really comfortable and A/C worked really well. Really reasonable price and home type feel. It’s a little older place but I really liked it and will definitely stay there again. Booked online, called the number to the facility and they told me what unit, and that the door was unlocked with key on the table ready for us.

I am a frequent guest at The Oasis Lodge. I enjoy the quiet and the privacy at The Oasis Lodge. As well as the kitchenette they have. I'm able to still prepare my own meals. It's my favorite place to stay Big Lake Tx

Ceiling was leaking water, and desk attendant just let it leak and said maintenance knows. Never grabbed a wet floor sign, or bucket to catch the water, or mop to clean up. It was a solid stream of water.

Short staff and management never cleaned rooms or changed sheets,towels and anything that had to do with the room being serviced. Also had a toilet issue with one room and they were informed and nothing was done to repair it

The first room smelled horrible and there was remnants of cockroaches in the fridge. I tried getting my money back but that wasn’t an option. I had booked for 14 days so a good chunk of money. They switched me rooms to a freshly cleaned room and it was acceptable. The only other issue I had was a misunderstanding at checkout. I asked for an hour and they acted like they were ready to forcefully remove me. I purchased another night to get my extra hour.
