「While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. Thankfully, our dog immediately started barking and charging toward the door, causing him to stop before...

「Hotel was okay... I think they are going through renovations? Items were for sale in the lobby... walls scratched in the hallway on the way to the room. Breakfast was okkkkk. Went to Starbucks after ha ha. Just stayed one night, so it was fine. The lady at the front desk was super nice.」

「The property was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast area and interactions with staff were always positive. Only downside was that the carpet in our room felt the slightest bit damp and had a funny smell as a result. Would have given a 5 star review otherwise!」
