"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "This is a very well set up and managed hotel. Very thoughtfully planned and built. The disadvantages of having no reception and living on the third floor are negated by attentive proprietors who make sure that guests know evrything they need to know. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel to all others. Contrary to the promotioal material put out by Expedia, the hotel does not have "on-site parking", but there is convenient space near by."

"The property is very close to the main station, making it extremely convenient for visiting the Cinque Terre. The owner is also very friendly and provides all the information you need for your stay. Free parking spaces are a bit farther away, but it’s easy to stop nearby to drop off your bags."
