Location is excellent, staff ( Lugo) was great very informative, escorted us to our room show us how to us access code box , lights and AC. Highly recommend this property for budget minded travelers.. Italian breakfast was included.

The location from the train station was perfect. The communication with the staff was amazing and so helpful. Security was good, it was quaint and comfortable.

Nice property with very friendly staff. Street noise was as expected in a city but not disruptive. Close to shopping and dining. Didn't see the steak house close by til after dinner but it looked good. Maybe next time.

Great stay in La Spezia!

Very friendly staff, responsive to our requests. Great location to tour the area. Breakfast was nice but very basic. We had a great spacious room. But higher floors can be problematic with heavy luggage.

The accomodation is fairly basic and the reception was not open at the times stated.The location is excellent and the room was clean.However the process for checking out with no reception was confusing.

Convenient to train station yet quiet

Clean hotel very close to train station, yet quiet. Staff very helpful. We got a room with two twin beds. One person thought beds were great, the other thought a bit too soft. Can't please everyone. I would start again.

My expectations were not high, this being a two star property, and the room and proximity to the train station were good. However, the absence of a lift is a real problem. If I had realised we seniors would have to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs, I would have booked elsewhere.

Genial. Habitacion remodelada, todo bastante nuevo y limpio. A un paso de la estacion de tren, 50 metros, que va muy bien para la visita a las Cinque Terre y a 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Desayuno en local cercano muy correcto. El dueño un tio muy agradable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda y ayudar.

Ótima experiência.

Como chegamos cedo o quarto ainda não estava pronto, mas pudemos deixar as malas e aproveitamos o dia todo. Quarto confortável, limpo, espaçoso e tinha uma varanda com vista linda da cidade. O box do banho é bem pequeno. Fomos recebidos com muita eficiência, paciência e atenção.

Bra boende nära stationen!

Vi bokade en natt med frukost och blev positivt överraskade av rummet. Stort, med kylskåp, vattenkokare och bra säng. Personalen var vänlig och tillmötesgående! Frukosten bestod i en croissant eller fuccacia utan något pålägg, gott kaffe och ok juice. Den kan kanske uppsökas på egen hand...

Affittacamere 2 stelle di "lusso"...al check -in ci è stato illustrato in modo molto dettagliato tutto quello che c'è da vedere in città e dintorni e anche come muoversi. La stanza sembra da poco ristrutturata comprende 2 camere, ognuna con proprio condizionatore e televisore e 2 bagni impeccabili e dotati di distributori di sapone. È presente anche un piccolo frigo vuoto. Ottima pulizia. Colazione in un bar in centro, molto vicino, che serve prodotti biologici o, in alternativa, in un bar "tradizionale" ancora più vicino. Abbiamo visto strutture con più stelle e molti meno servizi...è stata una piacevole sorpresa!
