"Rooms are very large and comfortable. Check in staff was wonderful and location is great. It is walkable to the metro which was perfect for exploring DC. Swimming pool was simple but great to cool off. Elevators and parking were terrible. One elevator didnt work and the other two we full abd we waiting over 20 mins for the elevator fi ally just eneded up riding all the way up to go down the garage. Parking height restrictions required us to park on G1 which was for trucks abd vans (we were a SUV with racking on top of roof) abd when we left there was a notice on our car telling us that we would be charges an extra $50 which is ridiculous when there was no other option!!!"

"We were there for the 4th of July. The staff was amazing. They had a special event for the 4th with free food and drinks for guests. The breakfast was delicious with many options and the staff in the restaurant were top notch. The only complaint we have is that my mom's room bathroom door wouldn't open all the way. While she doesn't need a fully accessible room, she does need to be able to roll into the bathroom to transfer"

"Very interesting rooms - like old one bedroom or studio apartments. My room had a separate kitchen and separate dressing room connected to the bathroom. Very old but nicely rehabbed in period style. Clean and quiet, sort of quaint. I liked the food in both the cafe (breakfast) and lounge (dinner) A lot of value for the money at this hotel and super nice staff."
