「我入住了7天，認為酒店雖然沒有華麗的大堂，但整體的質素及服務是非常高。包括親切及有善的員工，房間向運河景色優美，清潔整齊的房間及大堂，早餐款式少但質量高，房間有Sky TV，步行到火車站及市中心只需八分鐘，處理問題迅速，我反映洗手盆去水慢，二小內已完全處理好。唯一的缺點是在晚間樓下的酒吧及食肆比較人多聲音有少少嘈，特別是在週末晚。 這是值得推介的酒店。」

「Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily.
