「Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned.」

「I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Did not get a sofa bed in the room. Went to breakfast at 8:15 and there were mostly empty containers. This was not the fault of the employee. She was trying to keep the food stocked, tables clean, and run the front desk. She was stretched was too thin. We have stayed at this hotel many times to go shopping, not sure if I will book this hotel again.」

「Room was not clean and run down. The porta crib we requested was not clean at all. Disappointed based on the reviews as we did not experience a pleasant stay and our room was not clean and very run down.」

「The desk assistant, Her name is Faith was very kind to us. The room was quiet and clean. Everyone including Vivian and who was being trained by the that nice man served us a hardy breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. We made reservations for next July. Great place to stay.」

「The room itself was clean. I did not care for the amount of grills sitting outside of other rooms and the amount of people hanging out outside of our room. Kids were running up and down outside of our room until late and started back up at 6 AM.」

「The manager on site, Kaelee, was fantastic and very accessible. Lots of extras (pool, an outdoor patio area and a bar) that made the stay great for both the kids and adults in our traveling group.」

「I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again.」
