There was an issue with servicing the room but it was corrected immediately and overall this hotel is wonderful and absolutely stunning! Also the location is incredible."

"Overall a great stay but I think the A/C should be controlled in the room to go below 20 degrees Celsius. Also the front desk staff were great but they need to communicate what tram stop to get off at rather than just the direction of the tram. Would stay here again! Food was great too!"
