「This hotel is right off the seawall. You can walk across the street and be on the sand. The rooms are nice and clean. They could use some basic maintenance such as chipped tile, peeling paint etc. Nothing that would take away from the functionality or comfort. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The elevator could use some maintenance as well. Now let me get to our favorite part: Robert at the front desk. From the minute we walked in he was pleasant and helpful. 「We got the highest room on 8th floor after making the request. Hispanic man at front desk was very helpful and kind and called when room was ready. The hotel has been recently updated and is really nice. I loved our room. There are only 2 elevators and they are very slow. We were there Monday thru wed so can’t imagine the wait on the weekends. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Unfortunately this is a very kid friendly hotel and I usually stay away from this hotel because of this but San Louis...
