「地理位置非常好, 就在Mendelssohn Bartholdy Park station附近, 距離Potsdamer Platz不遠 reception非常有禮貌, 笑容親切, 是我在柏林唯一見過笑容這樣好的人 有一小插曲. 因為我們訂的是一張雙人床, 加一張sofa bed. 但我們發現sofa bed沒有打開. 我們於是跟reception反映, 他們非常快速地就有人員上來幫我們整理, 非常有效率」

「This hotel I think is overrated. The room fixture was a bit dated. The shower room was very small. Some of the tiles was broke. The shower gel is bottle is too small. Is very difficult to pour out the conditioner. They should consider change to brand or do something. Good thing about this hotel is Hotel is located at a very good location. The breakfast was very good. Staff is good (especially Lorena at the check out desk). I wrote a check in bad experience and they immediate response...
