「Staff was rude and impatient. My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone. You couldn't understand what she was saying because her English wasn't understandable. So we went downstairs to let her know...

「The room was pretty clean and set up very nice. I wish the breakfast was a little bit better. It seems like it was not taken as seriously as it should be. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Also, I wish there was certain details in the room that were a little bit cleaner.」

Pool is heated and would be a relaxing place turn off hours.
