"It is a standard, comfortable accommodation with great breakfast buffet. Very good location regarding the public transport access, also close to the famous gay area wit lots of cool restaurants and bars."

"The hotel itself is really pretty, and the location is absolutely amazing. The breakfast is absolutely superior and definitely worth the extra few dollars. The only downside here was that the rooms are very dark. Even with my blinds completely open, it was still kind of hard to see inside and had like a depressing vibe. But ultimately, everything else about the hotel was pretty dope."

"It's at the Berlin Airport which is the main thing that we needed, as we were flying back across the pond the next day. We arrived by train to the station at the airport and it was an easy walk to the hotel from there with all our luggage. The rooms were ultra modern and comfortable. Good air-conditioning, which is a high priority for Miamians that spend most of their days in controlled-climate locations during a hot European summer. There was only a vending machine available for snacks, which forced us into ordering Uber Eats (pro-tip: the choices around the airport for this aren't great. I should have just walked to the terminal to get something). Check-in and check-out was easy."

Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz

"Great facility, easy check-in. Helpful staff all around. I happened to be in a rental car and there was no available parking at the hotel itself. I had to park at the underground Potsdamer Platz garage across the street. It was quite a long walk back to the hotel and it was difficult to get my bearings. The laundry service was overpriced as well, so we had to use an offsite launderer to get the laundry done. My case was somewhat exceptional as I was traveling in a party of five in a car. A single traveler or a couple using Berlin's many transportation options should have no complaints. The breakfast was indeed terrific."
