The pull out couch was not very comfortable. The location was great to visit Sans Soussici and the university. Bakery across the street was amazing. Close to grocery and train stop.

DO NOT BOOK. I LOST MONEY ON THIS BOOKING

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION. The description says there is no front desk.. i booked and went here.. there is no property to stay in. These is a residential property where a neighbour told me someone rents out 2 apartments. HOW DO YOU CHECK IN WITH NO RECEPTION.. NO ONE TO GIVE YOU ACCESS.. AND NO INSTRUCTIONS. Awful experience. I arrived at 10pm and the ad says its open until 11 and even mentions you need I.D at check-in. Hmm.. if there is no reception who will you show your I.D to ? I tried for an hour calling several telephone numbers but did not get a reply. Hotels.com also tried to contact the property but was not successful. I then had to drive for a further 150 miles to find another property i could afford as i had a limited budget and obviously my money went to this booking.. so now i had financial issues trying to get somewhere to sleep. Of course when i did i had to drive to the property first before booking to confirm was legit. It is very different trying to fibd and check into a hotel at 3am in the morning. Of course in these circumstances the hotel can charge what they like and you'll find some way to pay because this is very scary and stressful. Why woukd anyone put a family in this position especially with young children. The way this hotel has taken payment for a service or goods they cannot offer is disgusting. I will do everything I can to have this property removed from Hotel.com as i use this platform regularly as i travel frequently for work. Shame you

Gute Ausstattung und ein zuverlässiges WLAN. Lage macht die Erkundung von Potsdam auch ohne Auto gut möglich. Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Umgebung sind vorhanden. Verkehrsgünstig bedeutet leider aber auch, dass das Apartment bei offenem Fenster recht laut ist.
