"Dejlig lejlighed med god beliggenhed i roligt kvarter tæt på centrum og slottene. Sjov indretning. I forhold til indtjekning fik vi ikke email om kode før tjek ind, så vi var nødt til at tage til kontoret. I lejligheden havde vi problemer med at den automatiske kodelås lås ikke kunne låse døren. Det krævede lang samtale med AI-telefon og teknikker, inden vi fik en løsning med fysisk nøgle."

"We liked that the room is large, clean and that there is a lot of natural light. We disliked that there is a stair leading to a second floor/room that were weren't aware about. We were concerned of the guests upstairs accessing our apartment. Owner was responsive and gave us clarity, however these conditions weren't disclosed when we rented the space. The check in process (finding the apartment by pictures) was tedious and odd as was the shower in the apartment which only had a hand shower that...

"Not great tbh. The room was way smaller than pictured, could almost touch three walls at the same time. The outlets were stupidly placed. You have a high bed but lets place all the lights somewhere you cant reach so you gotta use a ladder in the dark or climb up and down a lot. The nightlight didnt really work but at least that meant i could charge my phone so that was nice. The toilet or zink leaked so the bathroom floor was just wet, you only had 4 minutes of hot water but at least the water...
