「The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The room was clean enough, but there was a chip in the bath and a few cobwebs around. It was very basic and the TV was very small for the size of the room. We only ended up eating in the restaurant on 1 day, as we did not feel that there was a lot of choice and due to the size of the room it was very noisy and you could not have a conversation with whoever you were with. I understand about not taking drinks etc outside, but I feel that they...

Checking in was easy although it would have been helpful to have two room keys. The woman on the desk did not seem entirely in the same world as everyone else. 「The property is simply stunning! I have been to the Cotswolds many times over the years however this was a first for my partner who found the area breathtaking. The highlight of her few days here was the hotel. Every aspect of the hotel was faultless and will certainly return for a longer stay.」
