For a Hyatt Place in the nice part of Baltimore that this was located, it felt worlds away from what I was hoping for or expecting. Lots of things either broken or unhinged, unfriendly staff, were always lacking what I was looking for and just overall not great

The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore
The property stated it had a rooftop fireplace. Which attracted me to the property. But it was not a fireplace . I asked the lady at the front desk. She stated check on the 7th floor. There wasn't a rooftop fireplace. This needs to be removed from part of the amenities.
