"Rooms were very nice and clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was great, breakfast was great and a bit different every day. Very close to everything but also away from the busy tourist spot. "
"We had an amazing stay at this ski lodge in Niseko. The service team truly went above and beyond for us and made our trip so easy and enjoyable.
It was our first time in Niseko and the staff were incredibly accommodating, even organising our private airport transfers, which made everything completely stress-free. They were always happy to help with recommendations and any questions we had.
The accommodation was very comfortable, we stayed in the quad room and it was perfect for our group. Breakfast each morning was great and a really nice way to start the day before heading out to the slopes. The Niseko United Shuttle bus stop was less than 5 min walk down the road.
Huge thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko!"
"Room was spotless. Amenities were new and functional. A beautiful room & facility. Love the location away from the hustle & bustle of Hirafu base area."
"We loved this place so much! We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Niseko. It’s not a huge resort-style hotel, but the staff are incredibly kind and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful traditional Japanese-style area. We loved the hot tea provided in the room and were able to relax completely.
The hot spring facilities, including the outdoor bath and the sauna, were absolutely amazing and honestly left us speechless!
There is a convenient bus that runs around the Niseko area, and this hotel is the last stop on the route. Thanks to that, we were able to visit several different mountains easily and still get back to the hotel without any trouble. This was especially helpful during our stay because there wasn’t much snow and some chairlifts were not operating, so it wasn’t easy to access other areas on the slopes."
