"We visited during the offseason and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were great, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly and quiet. My son especially loved the mini golf and the pool before he got sick. I really want to give special kudos to the staff. I was traveling solo with my son, and he became ill overnight. We did our best to clean everything up, but it was a stressful situation — including one last incident outside as we were leaving. I let the front desk know what happened when I checked out, and later that day the maintenance manager personally called to make sure we made it home safely and that my little guy was doing okay. That level of care and kindness meant so much to me. We truly appreciated the compassion and professionalism, and we will absolutely be back!"

"Great stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Convention Center. The staff was consistently friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Overall a smooth and enjoyable experience — I would definitely stay here again."

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here since October. The staff is amazingly friendly- and attentive, one of the ladies that works nights remembered us from our last stay! The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable for a hotel bed. Breakfast has been really good. One of our favorite things is the coffee maker in the lobby!! It is also right at the mall. And not very far from Riverside hospital. This will be our go to every time from now on!"
