「Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful. 」

The guy at the reception was really good even offered to pick me up when he had to finish his shift. Also he offered me a slice of his pizza as I could not find anywhere with my adventures. Defently recommend it.」

「A room with a view and a welcome as warm as the setting sun. We had an idyllic night in the Inferno room. Well worth the small upgrade fee to be facing South and enjoy the same view that the vines enjoy all year round. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very peaceful and the Ill Poggerio restaurant is the perfect accompaniment to the tranquil setting. Breakfast is simple and wholesome. The omelette was delicious and made from organic eggs that have a story all to themselves. The team...

Personnel à l’écoute et parking non couvert disponible via une réservation vivement conseillée. Même conseil pour le spa qui n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre (malheureusement c’était complet à notre arrivée). L’hôtel mérite une bien meilleure notation et les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté de la bâtisse. Vivement conseillé. 」
