「An amazing property. Breakfast was great; the space in the room was excellent; laundry, gym, staff a blessing. Only point of criticism was the pool was a tad murky but still was fine to swim in! We will be looking to stay in this chain of hotels going forward if they are available and remain price friendly!」

「The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「We loved the room. Everything was clean and neat. The common areas were awkwardly quiet. The reception area could have used some background music or even white noise. People who were there waiting on a high energy concert were speaking in hushed tones. For people who want a very serene atmosphere, this is it. Also, the pool area--while very clean--is virtually non-descript. Not inviting, echoey. But absolutely met the requirements, just no positive personality.」

「I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this beachfront hotel. While the location was beautiful, the condition of the room completely ruined the experience. The room had a strong musty odor from the moment we walked in, making it feel damp and unclean. To make matters worse, we found roaches in the room, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging premium beach rates. The shower was another major issue.
