「Inner facilities: Very comfortable to stay with adequate equipments and space for a family. Location is convenient with walking distance to Preston market and station.」

「Nice」

「附近有商場」

「The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.」

「不錯」

「環境優美，房間整潔舒適，職員服務好好」

「The room is very good. 服務員非常棒，房間很乾淨，有暖氣供應，停車方便，離市區也很近」

「非常乾淨每日樽裝水任攞，房間夠大花灑夠熱，冇缺點！」

「great！」

「Got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Great experience」

「Great location, close to the shopping mall.」

「We found stain on bed sheet so we ask for housekeeping service. However, we were being rejected as they insist they will only provide housekeeping service on the fourth day of our stay. Also, we are not happy with the security as well. Everyone from the park lot can easily access to our apartment.」

「We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier.」

「不能理解為什麼住一個星期只能分配到一卷衛生紙，是什麼標準判別一卷衛生紙足夠用一個星期呢？還有沒有門的廁所看起來像是住監獄！」
