Great location, close to the major attractions. Friendly staff.

My experience at the Olivia Plaza Hotel was great, the staff was super nice, attentive and always ready to answer my questions. The room was also clean and spacious and I found the hotel to be very well located with quick public transit access and walking distance to many points of interest. I have two negative points I would like to mention: 1. I found brown dust on the initial towels I received so I asked for the a new set the next day. One of the new towels also had the same brown dust on it, so I am assuming that the shelf were they are kept within the room or within the storage requires some cleaning. 2. The walls are very thin and I could hear loud noises within the hallway and the room next door. Otherwise, I had a very nice stay! :)

Very nice, had everything we needed. Location was perfect for walking to major sites all over the city.

Clean room. Adequate breakfast. Close to metro

Breakfast was nice but coffee machine was not working so no coffee in the morning or cappuccino. The room was clean, but we found blood on our pillowcases and had to bring it to the attention of the cleaning staff. The shower tiles were full of black mold. We had a terrace that was great for hanging out overlooking Saint Joe’s market. All you smelled in the mornings was oil frying from the market and all you hear all night long is the subway underneath you. Upon arrival, they broke our luggage, bringing it upstairs to the room, so we had to buy a new suitcase, even though we brought it to their attention.Location was great, but it was hard to get a good night sleep
